Entry Level Account Executive

We recently partnered with two new clients on our NYC location and are looking to build 2/3 teams around top performers. While hiring for entry-level, we are looking for a candidate with long-term potential, as well as leadership and managerial background. Our goal is to train the selected individuals from an entry-level to a team manager position in a year, growing on a fast-paced, competitive environment in the heart of Manhattan.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor/Master degree is preferred.
- Background in leadership, management and excelling on a competitive environment. Athletes encouraged.
- Strong team player with experience working on teams.
- Excited to take on challenges, proactive on skill development and ambitious to learn and grow.
- Experience with speaking in front of an audience and presenting driven results in front of stakeholders.
- Ability to self-manage, conduct market research on behalf of our clients and recommend new revenue opportunities to the management team.
Benefits and Pay:
- Floor salary + performance-based bonuses averaging $800 - $1200/week.
- Paid full-time week of training.

- Business trips to leadership conferences and events on our different national and international offices.
Based in the heart of Manhattan, we are building around pace and ambition and looking for the right long-term candidate. Posting closes on July 31st as we look to onboard a candidate before August 1st.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
